Returns, refund and cancellations*
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Any item (excluding food or underwear) can be returned provided we receive it in its original condition with tags, labels and original packaging intact, accompanied by a valid receipt or delivery note.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned to us in a secure manner. You should always keep your postage receipt and, where possible, use a “signed for” service.

*Cancellations may be possible prior to receipt of dispatch notification. After this point it will not be possible for us to cancel your order.
We deliver items (excluding bikes*) within the UK only. All transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling.
*Our bikes are only available for collection in store. We operate as a bike shop, not an online retailer and we want to provide the best shopping experience possible. Every bike purchase is bespoke and we want to ensure you make the right choice by getting to know you a little first; something we are unable to do by shipping a bike to you directly!
